Just need servicing in La Romana

Description:Until June of this year, we were pleased and satisfied with all services and hotel accommodations the club provides to its members. While checking in, I notified the person that took care of us that one family member was not able to make the trip and I requested a refund for his reservation payment. At that time, I was informed my request would be promptly process and it would take 15 days for me to get a refund. There were several issues or inconveniences we were willing to overlook had we received better Privilege Club services, including the hotel losing electric power more than once every single day; 2 of the 4 rooms needed telephone replacement and air conditioning work, which took a considerable amount of phone calls and waiting time; going shopping right outside the hotel and having to wait more than 2 hours at the hotel gate for There were several issues or inconveniences we were willing to overlook had we received better Privilege Club services, including the hotel losing electric power more than once every single day; 2 of the 4 rooms needed telephone replacement and air conditioning work, which took a considerable amount of phone calls and waiting time; going shopping right outside the hotel and having to wait more than 2 hours at the hotel gate for transportation back to the hotel; and not getting the usual privilege club provided transportation around the hotel resort for privilege club members.
